Join us at Body and Brain Manhattan where we will focus on full-body alignment throught a series of specialized exercises and fascial conditioning techniques—made to easily integerate into your everyday walk.

WHAT DOES CLASS LOOK LIKE?
It’s Walking 101. This is your walk, re-imagined. We systematically breakdown your everyday steps—from the stand, to the steps, to the breathing. Using Fascial Conditioning techniques we explore and expand your fascial qualities of plasticity and elasticity--relieving discomfort, tension and tightness in the process. The exercises are easy and low-impact. No experience necessary, just curiousity. Within this physical process we focus the mind inwards to develop and strengthen our skills of interoception and propioception—mind/body connection.
This consistent practice over time, will change you how you carry yourself, how you feel, and how you present yourself to the world.
