This is one event you will NOT want to miss! Even if you have taken this class in the past, or have dined here multiple times, this class is taking it to the whole new world! As you already know, this restaurant has been featured on Guy Fieri’s and Michelle Bernstein’s television shows for it's incredible taste and flavors. In this class we will be working with a few different local made ORGANIC, NON-GMO, SOY FREE (and some gluten free) vegan meat alternatives, made by GREENHAUS FOODS. Abe brings his Indonesian home cooking and will combine it with 4 different vegan proteins and allowing us to be the chefs as we will all work together to co-create a 5 course vegan Indonesian masterpiece under Chef Abe and GreenHaus Foods instructions. Because of how unique this event is, space is EXTREMELY limited (12 seats).We will learn how to cook like Abe does in the restaurant and have a chance to experiment with organic, non gmo soy free vegan proteins. You will participate in cooking 5 different dishes in the class, learn how to make incredible dressings with the seasonings, and a full sit down dinner with all the dishes made along with a complimentary drink (can upgrade to open bar if you prefer) and lots of conversation with Abe and his team as well as each other.
