No experience is necessary. All are welcome, including children. For optimal comfort, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, extra layers, pillow, water or tea, & a journal. There will be chairs for those who would like to be seated.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m.—first come, first serve. Depending on the weather conditions, the pyramid is typically cooler than the outside temperature. Please come prepared. We will be running some space heaters but no guarantee on how warm it will be.
