This six-week series is an invitation to care for your joints, your connective tissues, your breath, and your inner steadiness. Yin Yoga works slowly and intentionally to support the softening of patterns that gather in the body over time. This is a space to unwind, release, and return to yourself with care.You may choose to practice live in person at Sanaras, or you may join live virtually from the comfort of your own home. Both groups receive the full guided experience, seasonal themes, and the slow unfolding that makes Yin so deeply supportive.
All props are provided in the studio. Feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, bolster, or blocks if you prefer.
Virtual students will receive simple prop suggestions using items you likely already have in your home.
This is your opportunity to take your joint health into your own hands with purpose. We will begin in the heart of winter and end just as the world begins to soften toward spring. Let us spend these weeks together with community, with love, and with SUPPORT.
Space is limited to 14 participants each in-person, or virtually. Investment: $132 for Semester.
