Nicky is a registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga (and Sound Healing in progress!)
Karley is a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher, qualified Massage Therapist and aspiring Astrologer.
Together, we have run several events and retreat days together, and have absolutely loved every single one! This very special day at Merkabah has been long awaited and we’re both very excited to be hosting you.
The Venue:
We will spend the day in the stunning Yoga Shala at Merkabah Retreat which is set in the Dorset countryside surrounded by ancient hill forts, magical woodlands and rolling green hills.
The Shala itself has been built incredibly over a crystal grid – this space is very special with a magical mystical energy. The floor is infra-red heated to heal and relax the body, which will be blissful during our Yoga Nidra and sound healing experience.
Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are all provided to help you settle in and feel totally supported and comfortable. You are welcome to bring your own as well, of course.
