Join Karla Michelle for an evening of rest and restoration through sound under the Full Moon.This Full Moon sound bath is a gentle experience designed to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. You’ll be guided into a restful state as soothing frequencies from crystal singing bowls and intuitive sound wash over the body, inviting release, grounding, and a return to inner stillness. There is nothing to do or fix but to simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to be held by sound.
This space is trauma-informed, slow, and intentional. You are always in choice and welcome to rest, adjust, or step away as needed.
