In this class, you will be making one birdhouse from a natural gourd. All supplies and safety gear will be provided, including a clean prepped gourd. You will chose your design, burn it into the gourd, use acrylic paints to color the gourd, and then seal the completed birdhouse with exterior polyurethane. All levels of artistic ability are welcome! The class is $38 and is open to 15 people. When signing up for the class, please specify if you would like a 1.25” hole (for chickadees, nuthatches and wrens) or a 2” hole (for bluebirds, tree swallows, and some woodpeckers).(there are 2 gourds shown in photo. Workshop includes one gourd)
