Join Angel, sound healer, and Nancy, a registered yoga instructor, on December 14th at 1pm for a restful afternoon blending Yin Yoga and a soothing chakra sound immersion.
As you settle into restorative poses for each chakra, you’ll be supported by flowing movements, essential oils, and the healing resonance of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. This slow, mindful experience is designed to help your body unwind, your energy rebalance, and your spirit return to peace.
