After a sold-out workshop in Silicon Valley, Karen Tay partners with HER Wellness Club to create a mini retreat in the heart of Singapore to help professional women transform their mid-career and beyond.
Navigating the professional world as women, we’re often faced with hurdles that feel uniquely ours. We often shoulder a disproportionate share of caregiving responsibilities at the same time as we are rising in seniority and navigating new dynamics in the workplace. It’s even harder when there is a scarcity of mentors and role models who truly understand our experiences. However, many of us still forge ahead and defy the odds.
But it doesn't have to be this hard.
"HerPath: From Surviving to Thriving in your Mid-Career Journey" is a half-day retreat crafted with care. Having coached hundreds of women worldwide, she understands the real challenges faced by mid-to-senior career women – challenges often overlooked in traditional development programs.
During our time together, we will:
- Dive deep into the root causes of mid to senior career challenges for women
- Explore the common struggles of advancing into leadership while navigating life's transitions, such as caregiving, fertility, and relocation
- Acquire practical strategies and tools to navigate challenges, and season changes, with confidence

- Who is Karen? -
Karen Tay is a Princeton graduate whose career spans Singapore and Silicon Valley where she has advised, created strategic communications for, and coached start-up CEOs and CTOs, Cabinet Ministers and Non Profit Executive Directors. She is a mom of two and has led at senior levels in the Singapore Government and a high growth start-up. She is currently CEO and Head Coach at Threshold Allies, a global talent consulting and coaching practice focused on Silicon Valley and Singaporeans early stage start-ups (Seed to Series B). She is also Co-Founder at Her Life Ally, which supports women through challenging workplace situations. She is faculty at Singularity University, where she teaches at the Executive Program.
