Jesse’s family likes to experiment with fresh venison and pork sausage, with fun extras like wild rice, maple syrup, jalapenos, and cheese.In this class you will learn how to make your own brats, italian sausage, and breakfast sausage, from a selection of tried-and-true recipes. We’ll take you through the whole process, from grinding to mixing to stuffing, and most importantly, to eating! This will be a fun and tasty class! When class is over you’ll be bringing home about five pounds of sausage for your freezer!
