Join us for an evening of relaxation, meditation and peaceful vibrations beneath the awe-inspiring beauty of Luke Jerram’s monumental lunar artwork.

Experience the peaceful power of a sound bath with Hannah from Good Vibrations Wellbeing.

A sound bath is a meditation experience inspired by the harmony of nature using acoustic instruments from across the world such as the divine crystal bowls, earthy Tibetan bowls, flowing tongue drum, glittering Koshi chimes, softly sung vocals and the warm, hazy drones of the Shruti box.

A sound bath is a moment of deep listening and stillness. We live in a world filled with constant stimuli and background noise – silence can be hard to find. During a sound bath, instead of inviting you to quieten your mind, Hannah will cocoon you in a world of glittering melodies and relaxing vibrations beneath the shimmering glow of the Moon at Blackburn Cathedral.

As you immerse yourself in soothing sounds, the nervous system responds by slowing down, promoting a state of deep relaxation. This, in turn, helps to alleviate stress, tension, and anxiety.

It’s my life’s work to create beautiful music from my heart that makes people feel better. Music that makes people feel calmer, more peaceful, nostalgic, lighter.

As a trained and working musician for over 12 years, I combine a melodic, enchanting, gentle and ethereal take on sound baths to create my own world of peaceful vibrations and frequencies.

To have the best sound bath experience we recommend you bring the following:

Yoga mat
A cosy blanket
A pillow if you feel you need extra support under your head or knees
A bottle of water
Cosy, comfortable clothes
