•Please arrive 15 minutes before start time to get settled
•Wear loose layered clothing for comfort. Pyjamas are good!
•Bring water if required.
•Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided - you are welcome to bring your own.
•Fluffy socks, an Eyemask, a Journal are great optional extras
