Come immerse yourself in the layers of frequencies & vibrations with the beautiful sounds of gong, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, drums, chimes & more as you float on top of water. Not only does water make a perfect medium for sound + intensifies the vibrations & frequencies, the acoustics of the swimming pool intensifies this further.
Due to popular demand these sessions will now take place in the water. You will be supported by a flotation pillow that is attached to the side of the pool, and a pool noodle for your legs.
With only a maximum group of 12, this enables me to create a personal experience.
Located at a beautiful private swimming pool in Cransley surrounded by nature.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Swimwear is recommended but please feel free to wear a t-shirt and shorts on top if more comfortable. Bring a towel + a change of clothing (changing rooms on site).
YOU WILL need to sign a waiver prior to attending the Sound Bath to be able to participate and it is strongly recommended that YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN & AROUND WATER.
Sound Bath's are for everyone. You don't have to be spiritual to feel the benefits of this amazing ancient practice.
It is truly a treat for the mind & body!
You will leave feeling relaxed, restored & rebalanced.
