When you check in on the day of the event, registration will scan your ticket(s) and give you your bingo packet at that time.
🙋🏻‍♀️Doors will open at 10:30 for tips. We will do the first King Tut at 11:45. We will start bingo at 12 and will have (2) 10 minute intermissions for bathroom breaks/snacks/raffle buying.
🖇You’ll each get a bingo packet containing a regular card, a special card, and a cover sheet describing each purse. You’ll also receive a door prize ticket, that you’ll fill out and drop in the Door Prize box for a chance to win a fabulous prize! 🍀
📌Extra cards (regulars and specials) will be available for sale, although they are *limited* and will be sold for $10 each until sold out.
🖌Daubers will be available in limited quantities for $2 each.
🧁🥤Homemade baked goods, candy, and sodas will be available for purchase.
🚫🏧Again, there’s NO ATM ONSITE. Please plan accordingly!!!
🎟Raffle tickets will be $2 each OR 3 for $5. We have 3 raffles up for grabs.
🤑King Tut - $1/ticket. Some tickets *instantly win and some advance through rounds of prizes, giving 5 lucky ladies an opportunity to win up to 5 purses/bracelets! Total prizes awarded are in excess of $1000 for each King Tut.
*there are no cash payouts for King Tuts. If you get an “instant” prize winner with a cash value, you will trade that ticket in for more King Tut tickets.
🔥❄️Like we announce every year, we have no control of the temperature at the High School. Sometimes it’s a little chilly, sometimes it’s a little warm. Please be prepared for either.
🚭There’s no smoking on school property- including in your car if it’s parked on school property. We will have two intermissions that will allow you to leave the grounds and come back.
🔞No persons under 18 are permitted to play bingo/tips/raffles.
