Join us for a Cream Puff Baking Class!Come to the Layered Studio for a relaxed and enjoyable baking class with the Layered ladies! You'll learn how to bake light and delicious cream puffs, all from scratch.
In this two-hour class:
- Watch a demonstration on how to make Pâte à choux (cream puff batter) from scratch that achieves a light and airy texture
- Practice piping your cream puffs
- Watch a demonstration on how to make a rich Crème Pâtissière (pastry cream) to fill the cream puffs with
- Fill and decorate the cream puffs to enjoy in class or to take home
We will also provide:
Detailed recipes and easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.
Samples of the cream puffs we make in class to enjoy and take home
Delicious charcuterie skewers and house made non-alcoholic beverages

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you are unable to attend the class, you may transfer the ticket to another person. Tickets are not transferable to another class.
