But in case you're not familiar with this incredible venue, here's a little inside info:
Owner and chef, Moumen Nouri, has always enjoyed the wide variety of Moroccan traditions: the aroma of their slow-cooked tagines, the colors of the murals and rugs, as well as the sights and sounds of the market.
At the same time, he longed to discover and learn from the West. He listened to international music, learned other languages and gradually acquired a way of thinking that helped him understand and embrace both worlds.
Kous Kous is a way to share his history and the pleasures of his country with us. Enjoy the aromatic herbs, spices, music and colors of Morocco, it may be that you too are inspired to share your stories.
Sharing is the theme, so all the food is served family style. And here is our menu:

The cost is 800 pesos including IVA and tip (which, incredibly, is the same price we paid 3 years ago). ($45 USD - pesos in cash preferred). Payment due by Oct 17. If attending the Sept lunch, please bring your payment in an envelope with your name on it. If you must pay electronically, zelle or paypal in USD only to [email protected]. If using paypal, be sure to send to family/friends.
Kous Kous is located in the Valle de Guad near Francisco Zarco. And the weather should be perfect!
