Join Double Beagle Craft Co. for a beginner’s embroidery class at Shoppes on Main! We will learn basic embroidery skills to sew your home state with a heart and “home” lettering.Date: Friday, April 4, 2025
Time: 7:00pm-8:30pm
Location: Shoppes on Main, 220 N. Main, Edwardsville IL, 62025
Cost: $15 per participant
To register: Email [email protected] to register. Payment of $15 must be received by April 1 at 7pm to ensure a spot in the class. Payment can be received via Venmo at @samanthakorte.
What to bring: Your own T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, or another article of clothing to embroider. No clothing materials will be provided by Double Beagle Craft Co. Each participant may bring up to two (2) pieces of clothing to embroider during the class. The total number of items completed at the class depends on the skill level and speed of each participant. Clothing for the project should not be a knit material or made of yarn. If you have questions, please ask prior to the class. If you plan on bringing a clothing item to embroider for a child, please inform the instructor 48 hours before the class so that an appropriate sized patch will be available for you.
DBCC will provide all other embroidery supplies including sewing needles, scissors, embroidery thread, and embroidery patches.
***This is a hand embroidery class***
Please inform the instructor by April 1 if you would like to embroider a state other than Illinois or Missouri so that the appropriate patch will be available for you. Other countries/regions can also be made upon request!
We encourage all skill levels of crafters! We suggest a minimum age of 10 years old for this project to ensure the crafter’s success. All participants 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
