We will explore the hammock slowly to enable you to build confidence and progress your aerial yoga practice. Following a brief introduction to the hammocks, we will move into using the hammock to support yoga poses and deep stretches. We will then be working on strength using the hammock, before carefully learning to turn upside down!
We will have a short break before moving into a restorative aerial yoga class with a long relaxation within the cocoon of the hammock.
