Led by Pete Oakley (thebeardedfoodie) and Luke Novell (novycooks), the session runs from 10.30am to 4.00pm and covers advanced techniques like multi-zone cooking, low & slow smoking, and high-temp searing. You’ll also master accessories like the Joetisserie and DoJoe, and gain insider tips on wood smoke pairing and charcoal strategies. The session includes tastings of everything we cook, and you’ll leave with printed recipes and technique guides. Unlimited free soft drinks are included, with hot drinks and alcohol available to purchase. At the end of the class, attendees will also receive access to exclusive, limited-time offers on selected BBQ products.
