All our teachers originally completed the specialist antenatal teacher training with the NCT and are fully qualified and licensed to practice so you can be assured of our credibility, knowledge and experience.
Our courses include core topics but we listened to feedback from dozens of new parents and created an antenatal course that is comprehensive, interactive, unbiased, supportive, sociable and fun!

There will be a postnatal reunion once all the babies are born which will take place face to face at the Rowan House Centre in Hethersett providing the existing government guidelines remain in place.
£104 for both mum and birth partner to attend. Should guidelines change and we are no longer able to meet face to face the reunion will revert to online and you will receive a partial refund.
You will also be invited to join a closed WhatsApp group with the other pregnant women and your teacher.

Hypnobirthing essentials are included on all our antenatal courses but if you're interested in completing a full hypnobirthing course, this can be achieved by attending two bolt ons on

The hypnobirthing sessions will be held online. Price for the bolt ons is £60 per couple which includes all course materials, the KGHypnobirthing Book and MP3's.
