The Acoustic Angels are back at The Greystones for their next 'Featured Artists' Session. The first one (Stevie Wonder) in September was a huge success, this time, the first set will feature the songs of Marvin Gaye and Smokey Robinson !!The band have a wealth of experience playing gigs up & down the country at a wide array of different venues & functions, filling dance floors wherever they go, but at this gig, the fabulous songs of MARVIN GAYE and SMOKEY ROBINSON will take up the whole of the first set !!
In the second set the band will play other Motown, soul and classic tunes. This will be a seated gig, so you can relax, chill and watch these fabulous musicians in an intimate iconic venue. We'll leave a little bit of room for dancing at the back, in case your feet just can't keep still !!
The band is made up of some of the area’s finest musicians. Collectively they have worked together and individually with the likes of, Take That, The Spice Girls, Paul Carrack, Donny Osmond, Ray Davies, Peter Kay, Blue, Atomic Kitten, 911, Lulu, Five, Will Young, John Mayall, Peter Green, Mick Taylor, Long John Baldry, Corrine Bailey Rae, Tony Christie, Hamish Stuart, John Parr, Andy Fairweather Low etc, etc...
