Candlelit Immersion of Cacao, Drum, Song & BreathA New Years mini Retreat - A time to Pause & Sing in the Light

This very special gathering will be held in the stunning light filled room with sea views, that is Our Space studio, Rathnew, co. Wicklow. We will begin with intention setting for the year ahead & a ceremonial cacao ritual, helping us to connect to our inner heart wisdom. As we savour each sip of medicinal cacao, we will invite a pause, conscious breath & playfully explore every sense.
Together we will then co-create some easy rhythms, remembering the juice of our souls rhythm with a short drumming & somatic movement ceremony, letting go into our abundant creativity, tapping into our natural, musical intelligence, improvising any beats that arise. These healing codes will gently encourage openness, flow, connection & much much more.
We will gradually invoke & weave prayersongs & mantra from around the globe, as we dive further into our heartspace with the powerful & utterly glorious practice of chanting & harmony singing. There is absolutely no obligation to sing but your voice is so very welcome ( and encouraged :) )
Our evening will close with a letting go into deep relaxation with a magical yoga nidra, sound bath & sharing circle.
No previous experience of singing, drumming or meditation is needed. All are welcome, from beginners to more advanced practitioners.

a drum or any kind of percussive instrument (don't worry if you don't have one, we will improvise)
