Join Binny Saandal to release the past and set your intentions for 2021 with this solar yoga and manifesting meditation practice. Together we will start with movement and breath of fire to burn away the negative energies of the past year, and create space for our future aspirations through gentle yin and heart opening poses.
You'll then be invited to create an intention for yourself, by genuinely connecting with your heart’s longing. In our manifesting meditation, we will tune in to who we want to become, and practice gratitude for all we have in our lives.
