Miami Sol Fam! We're so excited to bring you another high vibe, heart-expanding, movement prayer on Feb 28th: Ecstatic dance on a Full Moon!

Ah'o Familia del Sol!

As we continue to grow and expand into 2021, join us on Sunday, February 28th to close out the month with another movement prayer dedicated to our manifestations, Mother Earth and all of humanity. We are so looking forward to gathering with you again to collectively raise the vibration on the planet.

Movement is medicine. Dancing is a powerful practice to release stagnant energy, especially during the Full Moon. It is prayer in motion. The Queen @ellinasukh will bring the magical tunes to which we can charge up our visions and intentions with more feeling.

The Solar Sunday team has some exciting announcements:

We’ve found a new home base in the gorgeous space that is @glassboxironside. We now have ample space to host more of you Earth Angels and Earth Warriors.
The SolSun team has grown, as we now have @alexavictoriajane managing and decorating our event—a dream come true. With Lex comes the introduction of circus to Solar Sunday: aerial performances by her femme tribe from @mpdsmiami.
We have a special guest for this installment of Solar Sunday: @miamiyogagirl. Kata will get us on our feet and into our bodies before we begin dancing. Kata has been teaching yoga infused with meditation for over seven years. She studied Eastern philosophy in India, is a handstand enthusiast, a Power of Now advocate and has led workshops around the world.

Event Flow:

4:44 pm: Check in and enter through our Intention Setting Portal with @flowithsuey.

5:00 pm: Opening Sacred Space with @lightcodes.

5:30 pm: Yoga warm up with @miamiyogagirl.

6:00 pm: Movement prayer/ecstatic dance with DJ @ellinasukh and aerial performances by the @mpdsmiami tribe.

7:00 pm: Shamanic sound healing and guided meditation by @lightcodes.

7:30 pm: Closing ceremony and conscious community talk.

8:00 pm: Gathering is complete.

What to wear/bring:

Wear bright, earthy, pastel and/or metallic colors that reflect the sunlight, if you feel so inspired to! But most importantly, wear comfortable clothing that you can express yourself freely in.
Your own cushion or yoga mat to sit/lay on for the sound healing and meditation.
A reusable water bottle; there is a water filling station. Our friends at @anasfreshfruits will be vending delicious nutrients if you need a yummy boost of energy.
