Peter, a Reiki Master, NLP Master practitioner, IEMT practitioner and sound therapist... will be using different instruments and frequencies to target healing from within, bringing harmony and balance to the chakras. This is the third of 8 chakra balancing sound baths that Peter will be doing, focus on indiviudal chakras for the first 7 sessions, and finishing with a general chakra balancing session for all.
Root Chakra - Muladhara
Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana
Solar plexus Chakra - Manipura
Heart Chakra - Anahata
Throat Chakra -Vishudda
Third eye Chakra - Ajna
Crown Chakra - Sahasrara
Full body Chakra Alignment
This sound session will particularly focus on the solar plexus chakra (Manipura), which is associated with feelings of strength, self esteem, power and ambition. Located in between the navel and the solar plexus, this chakra is associated with the fire element, the colour yelllow and mantra 'RAM'. Governing all aspects of your personalityand ego, when aligned and in balance, it provides you with the courage and confidence to work towards your goals in full strength, with a strong self of self and feel connected to your inner wisdom. Imbalanced attributes however can manifest as uncontrolled anger, low self esteem, self victimizing mentality and lack of drive or direction.

This sound bath will begin with a grounding breathwork and relaxation exercise before moving into the sound therapy session..

5:05pm - 5:20pm - Guided breath work and relaxation
5:20pm - 6:05pm Sound bath for solar plexus chakra balancing
6:05pm - Optional Departure
6:05pm - 7pm Optional tea and social to discuss experience with Peter/ each other.
7pm - Goodbyes
