Did you know that the Solar Plexus Chakra allows you to have control over your thoughts and the way you react to situations, it helps with creating boundaries, with willpower, self-discipline, self-esteem, self-confidence.
You may have things you want to change in your life but find it difficult to stick to your plans.
There may be blocks and imbalances within your Solar Plexus making it difficult to carry out or stick to plans.
The Solar Plexus is also the center of our digestive system, where we digest our food and our ideas.
In this workshop, we look at imbalances and blocks within this chakra, clearing and balancing, supported by a talk by a qualified naturopath about gut health.
The day will consist of journalling, sound healing shamanic healing with a focus on clearing blocks to build a stronger balanced Solar Plexus helping you to make decisions and changes and sticking to them.
The cost is £55.
Please bring a mat, blanket, cushion, pen and notebook, a light lunch.
