In this sound journey we will use voice, mantra , sound and meditation to bring our body temple into tune with the natural frequencies of body, earth and cosmos.
We are all instruments, our voice shares our soul song, and when we tune our body , mind and heart we create balance and harmony - which then attracts more of the same.
We’ll begin with the breath to relax us into the present, move through a journey of voice and immerse in the vibrations of a sound bath, creating space for deep relaxation and the release of tension, stress, and stagnant emotions.
From this place of resonance we can activate, align and connect to our greatest potential.

Venue & Logistical Information:
Start time | Lock out: We understand that stuff happens, and that we are all late sometimes, but due to the nature of these event, it's important that guests arrive on time. Latest entry will be 10min after start time. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you understand.
What to bring: Studio provides yoga mats but has limited bolsters and blankets, please feel free to bring a mat, blanket and pillow, or whatever helps you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience
In preparation: We recommend that you avoid stimulants such as caffeine for up to 3 hours before the event so that your nervous system can be relaxed and receive the full benefits of the sound.
Location: Kindred Warrior is upstairs from the BFT Body Fit Training studio store front (May need to put that in your GPS!).
Parking and Transportation : There are parking bays just outside the venue, with unrestricted parking from 6pm, there are also parking bays behind the building and across the street.
Accessibility: Kindred Warrior is a one flight walk up so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible
Minimum Age: This session is for ages from 12 +
Photography: There may be photography and/or video recordings for promotional purposes at this event.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided for cancellations before 7 days of the event (Eventbrite fee is non-refundable). Event transfers are available up until 24 hours before the event starts. About Your Facilitator:
Dorothea Lucaci is a sound practitioner, meditation teacher and musician.
Along her educational journey she became a Sound Therapist, Reiki Master, Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, and Astrologer, who also holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Psychology. In addition to these disciplines Dorothea has studied Integrative Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Past Life Regression, Access Bars, and other complementary Energy Medicine modalities. All of which she brings to her facilitator practice with the intention of offering support to people traveling along their transformational journey.
She has spent the past 9 years offering Sound Healing, Mantra and Meditation experiences, and Past Life Regression Workshops.
