A Soulful Morning of Music, Meditation & Connection (10-11 am)
Escape to the rolling vineyards of Rancho Guejito for a heart-centered morning of healing, intention setting, and community.We are beyond grateful to welcome Craig Parks, a soulful musician and meditation guide, to lead our next Sol Intentions Series—a deeply restorative experience infused with live music, guided reflection, and connection to self and nature.
Immerse yourself in musical meditation – Let Craig’s uplifting melodies and gentle guidance help you set intentions and embrace inner peace. With decades of experience in music and mindfulness, his practice is rooted in love, unity, and spiritual renewal.
Parents, this time is for YOU! To help you fully relax and recharge, we’re offering FREE sponsored childcare so you can sink into this experience without worry. Fill your cup, knowing your little ones are safe, engaged, and cared for nearby.
Bring the whole family! Following our self-love circle, Craig will host a joyful children’s music showcase filled with playful, heartwarming tunes the little ones (and parents!) will adore. Expect catchy singalongs, lots of laughter, and a true celebration of music and togetherness!
