Friends of Manatee Lagoon will host its fourth annual Soirée for Seagrass at Manatee Lagoon on Friday, November 14th. Join us along the beautiful waterfront at Manatee Lagoon for an evening of Seagrass Spritzers, dinner by the bite, live music, and an elegant experience at the live and silent auctions. Our fourth annual fundraising event is dedicated to raising awareness about the loss of seagrass — the primary food source for manatees — and to engage the community in conservation efforts that protect manatees and all marine life habitats. We’re thrilled to welcome back Jay Cashmere as our emcee for the evening as we kick off manatee season for the year.
