Over two sessions, you can learn how to make your own Parol, a traditional Filipino lantern, in preparation for the holidays.
🌟 Parol are traditional Filipino Christmas lanterns made of tissue paper and bamboo that are lit up for the holiday season.
💡 The parol holds many stories from pre-colonial era to modern times and has become an important symbol of the Filipino Christmas as the Christmas tree in Canada!
✅ Ages 12+ years old (children must be with an adult)
