It is with great excitement that we invite you to our upcoming book release event! This is our director's first children's book! This is the first of a series of events this year celebrating our 10 year anniversary!
*Sofia and her Bomba Drum* tells the story of the adventurous Sofia, a very curious girl who becomes fascinated with the Puerto Rican bomba drum, but learns much more than playing the drum in this educational adventure based in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The book will be available in Spanish and English on January 27th, 2024. We will have a book enactment in English, a workshop for the kids, and a book signing that same day.

*Sofia y su Tambor de Bomba* cuenta la historia de la aventurera Sofía, una niña muy curiosa que queda fascinada con el tambor bomba puertorriqueña, pero aprende mucho más que tocar el tambor en esta aventura educativa basada en Ponce, Puerto Rico. El libro estará disponible en español e inglés el 27 de enero de 2024. Tendremos una representación del libro en inglés, un taller para los niños y una firma de libros ese mismo día.
