Softworks - HOD/Manager/Supervisor Training

Welcome to our upcoming training event for Heads of Departments, Managers, and Supervisors. Join us on 12:00pm at the Conference Centre, South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital

This session will guide you through the key functions of Softworks that you will need for your day-to-day HOD/Manager/Supervisor roles. The training session will cover the following topics.

Absences- How to approve leave requests, how to add urgent leave requests such as urgent annual leave, sick leave, how to cancel leave and how to amend leave requests.
WIMS card - Explain what a WIMS Card is, how to enter missed WIMS/Clockings, and know what information is produced on WIMS Cards.
