About the Presenter
Dr. Allen is Adjunct Faculty at Texas A&M College of Dentistry and Founder/Director of the Center for Advanced Dental Education. He's a past president of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, and Periodontology Foundation. Dr. Allen has received numerous awards, including the Master Clinician Award, President's Award, Saul Schluger Award, and AAP Gold Medal Award.
