Join us for a special event, designed exclusively for women over 40 who deserve to live a Soft Life.

Take a break, meet like-minded women in a calm & cozy atmosphere, and leave feeling refreshed & inspired.

• Drinks will be available to purchase from the bar
• Paint supplies and light snacks will be provided
• A variety of preprinted canvas options available to choose from for a stress-free painting experience

Terms & Conditions

All participants must be 40+ to attend. Please bring a valid state ID or passport. Event is indoors and will be hosted rain or shine unless state-wide weather advisories are in effect. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, however, if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible. The following options may be available;

• pay shipping fee to receive your kit via USPS
• make arrangements to pick up your paint kit, or
• a credit toward a future event

Ticket orders are non-refundable, but items purchased are only held for a limited time. Be sure to contact me within 7 business days following the event to make arrangements. If I do not hear from you or the order is not picked up within this timeframe, you will forfeit your order.

Be sure to check spelling on custom design requests. Orders will be created exactly as requested.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS PERMITTED. Please arrive on time to place food orders. Event begins promptly at the starting time. By taking part in this event, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for marketing, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the company’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and print media.In an attempt to minimize the risk of the spread of COVID-19 and sustain a healthy environment for all employees and guests, we encourage everyone to proactively take precautions to protect the communities we serve by being cautious. Attend the event at your own risk. Face masks are encouraged but not required.

We will be painting using acrylic paints. While an apron will be provided to you, please understand that paint may get on your clothing and will not come out. Please dress accordingly.The paint is non-toxic and easily washes off of skin with soap and warm water.

Liability

Creative Chaos Studio LLC is not liable for any loss, liability, damage, injury or cost that may arise from the use of art materials, tools or equipment during the paint party, and you voluntarily assume the risk and danger of injury using such art materials, tools and equipment.You release, discharge, and promise not to sue Creative Chaos Studio LLC, doing business as Creative Chaos Studio under its own name or any other name and/or any of its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, and agents for any loss, liability damage or cost whatsoever arising out of or related to your person or property.
