Join us for a full-day wellness experience at SoJo Spa Club, one of the most serene spa destinations in the tri-state area, for a day centered on:
- Rest & relaxation
- Reading & reflection
- Sistahood & softness
- Intentional conversation—no pressure, no programming overload
This is not a conference.
This is not a hustle.
This is a Soft Life Saturday.
🗓️ FLOW OF THE DAY
10:30 AM – Sistas Arrival & Welcome Moment
Light grounding moment led by Well Read Sistas Inc.
Theme: “Rest Is Not a Reward—It’s a Requirement.”
11:00 AM – Free Flow Spa Experience Begins
Enjoy:
- Heated pools & hydrotherapy
- Saunas & steam rooms
- Rooftop infinity pools with NYC skyline views
- Quiet relaxation spaces
- Reading-friendly lounges
📖 Bring a book, journal, or simply your presence.
1:30 PM – Optional Sistas Lunch Meet-Up
Casual group seating (pay-your-own)
Conversation prompts provided for those who want them—no pressure to engage.
3:30 PM – Reading & Reflection Hour (Optional)
A soft collective pause:
- 20 minutes of silent reading or journaling
- 20 minutes of optional reflection & sharing
- 20 minutes of rest or meditation
5:30 PM – Closing Circle (Optional)
Gentle affirmations + gratitude
Theme: “What does softness look like for me this year?”
Stay as long as you like until spa closing.
💰To ensure this experience remains inclusive and financially mindful:
