Tāmaki Makaurau post-punk outfit Soft Bait are hitting the road this September in celebration of their new album Life Advice, out July 25 via Flying Nun Records.Known for their sharp lyricism, driving basslines and chaotic-but-considered live shows, the four-piece are bringing their wiry energy and weird charm to stages across the motu. Life Advice is a hook-heavy record full of tightly wound rhythms, jagged guitars and lines that sound like overheard wisdom from a mate you probably shouldn’t be listening to.
