This retreat aims to offer a unique blend of restorative (soft) and active (strong) asana, meditation, reflective journaling, great conversation and so much more in the heart of Saint Charles, MO. Take time for yourself to reconnect with your inner strength and soft in a supportive and empowering environment. Your experience includes a catered dinner on Friday, snack Saturday after asana, and breakfast burritos on Sunday morning, four asana (movement) sessions (both soft and strong), as well as journaling, meditation, and conversation.
