All roles are seasonal and scheduled on a casual, on-call basis in accordance with union scheduling requirements.
Positions & Hourly Rates
- POSITION – RATE OF PAY (Minimum age Requirement)
- Waitstaff – $17.60 (18+)
- Bartender – $17.60 (18+)
- Chef de Partie (CDP) – $30.01 (16+)
- First Cook – $27.50 (16+)
- Second Cook – $23.28 (16+)
- Third Cook – $19.19 (16+)
- Event Attendant – $21.64 (14–16+)
- Steward – $21.64 (14–16+)
- Coat Check Attendant – $19.09 (14–16+)
- Event Services Staff – $21.08 (14–16+)
🍸 Smart Serve Certification is an asset for serving positions (required for serving alcohol)
