SoDel Bhakti House Transcendental Jam (Kirtan)

SoDel Bhakti House’s monthly transcendental jam (aka kirtan) at Stone & Sage Holistic Healing Center in Milford! No experience necessary, no musical ability required, and all are welcome - come check it out!

We chant ancient Sanskrit mantras with musical accompaniment. This is part of the bhakti yoga system - the yoga of love and devotion.

There is a vegetarian feast immediately following the mantra meditation, and the whole program is donation-based!
