Thousands of years old, Sodarshan Chakra Kriya is widely believed to be the most powerful pranayama practice across the many schools and styles of yoga.
It is the simplest kriya but, at the same time, the hardest, and said to cut through darkness, giving you a new start. This workshop will begin with a dynamic breathing sequence from Kundalini Yoga before moving into a full experience of Sodarshan Chakra Kriya.
This practice is not recommended for:
Folks with heart problems
Pregnant people
Those living with mental health conditions, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
