About this Event
Sheep have returned to Mutton Hill along with the working dogs, shepherdess Edie and volunteers who are the stars as the Society heads into its summer season. Thank you to Jennifer Jacobs of Jacobs Heritage Farm on Jacoby Road for loaning her Jacob sheep this season.
The annual event will kick off with a meet and greet with guest star Tater Tot, a Service Dog owned by Geoff Auerbach and Teresa Whitmer, who is the Chief Cuddle Officer at the Summit County Juvenile Court, Judge Linda Tucci Teodosio. Guests will nosh on signature hors d'oeuvres while visiting with our special guests.
The stars on Mutton Hill - Rudy, Luke, Dyna, Lincoln, Brooklyn and Owen - will have a herding demo with volunteer Shepherdess Edie Steiner and volunteers Emily and Gina starting at 5:30 p.m.
A short business meeting to vote on board director positions will follow the activities as supper is served under the tent.
