Socially Shared 6th Annual Women In Business Conference
The Theme
The theme for this year's event is 'Business... It's Personal' which explores how our values, relationships, communication, and behaviour, form the foundations of our business and careers. The saying 'It's nothing personal, it's simply business' is an outdated approach and one that is most definitely not needed to realise true success.
The Event
The speakers for our 2024 conference have been handpicked for their knowledge and expertise, each bringing a different perspective to our theme. There will be lots of really interesting and inspiring information shared. Some talks will be interactive, all delivered with enthusiasm and there will be some fun thrown in for good measure too!
The day will provide plenty of opportunities for connecting and networking, with a welcome drinks reception upon arrival, mid morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and a delicious networking lunch. All this is included in the price of the ticket along with free onsite parking.
All delegates will receive a complimentary conference programme, where there will be space to make notes, learn more about our speakers and sponsors and, stay informed of the running order of the day.
There will be the chance to make new connections in the 'Connections Zone' where people can highlight particular businesses they are wanting to connect with, and / or needing products or services from. All delegates will be able to advertise their business for free during the event, by displaying their business card on our 'Building Contacts Wall'.
The Socially Shared Online Bookshop will be showcasing a selection of books by local women authors at the event and you may even be able to purchase a signed copy by the authors that are in attendance too.

The Venue
Our venue for this year’s conference is Holiday Inn Coventry M6 Jct 2. This contemporary hotel is ideally located, less than a mile from M6 and M69, making it easy to travel to from right across the Midlands. Blake and the team are very much looking forward to welcoming you to their lovely venue.

The conference is for women in business, employment, education, training or retirement who would like to get together with other local women to celebrate and inspire others.
