Young entrepreneurs – social business start up programme. Develop your enterprise skills and confidence
An action packed day developing skills to tackle social issues and building employability skills and confidence.
We will:
· Visit a social enterprise to discover how they work and can tackle social issues
· Develop your own ideas for a social business
· Learn business fundamentals with expert coaching
· Turn your idea into a visual business canvas and pitch your idea
How will it work? We’ll use padlet to upload your ideas and develop a visual business canvas. You can work on your own or in a small group and during the sessions we’ll share ideas and feedback. The sessions will be delivered in English.
When will it happen? This is a one day intensive course. There maybe an online introductory session the day before and optional extra social enterprise visits.
Can I join online? You may be able to join some of the sessions online.

Who is the course for? This course is open to people age 16-24 in the Cardiff Capital Region. It aims to support young people especially those who need extra help to fulfil their potential and enterprise journey. Travel costs can be reimbursed and refreshments will be provided. If you have any other support needs please let us know when registering. Monitoring information will be gathered as part of the course.
What is a social enterprise? Social enterprises trade to create positive change. They can have different legal structures to traditional business and reinvest the profits in their social goals.
Places are limited, if you find you cannot attend please let us know as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.

Byddwch chi’n gwneud y canlynol:
· Byddwch yn ymweld â menter gymdeithasol i ddeall sut mae’n gweithio a sut y gall fynd i’r afael â materion cymdeithasol
· Byddwch yn datblygu eich syniadau eich hun am fusnes cymdeithasol
· Byddwch yn dysgu hanfodion busnes gyda hyfforddiant arbenigol
· Byddwch yn troi eich syniad yn gynfas busnes gweledol ac yn paratoi eich prosiect i’w rannu
Sut mae’n gweithio? Byddwn yn defnyddio padlet i uwchlwytho eich syniadau a datblygu cynfas busnes gweledol. Gallwch weithio ar eich pen eich hun neu mewn grŵp bach, ac yn ystod y sesiynau, byddwn yn rhannu syniadau ac adborth. Cyflwynir y sesiynau yn Saesneg.
Pryd fydd yn digwydd? Cwrs dwys undydd yw hwn. Efallai y bydd sesiwn gyflwyniadol ar-lein y diwrnod cynt ac ymweliadau ychwanegol dewisol â mentrau cymdeithasol.
Ydw i’n gallu ymuno ar-lein? Efallai y byddwch chi’n gallu ymuno â rhai o’r sesiynau ar-lein.

I bwy mae’r cwrs? Mae’r cwrs hwn yn agored i bobl 16–24 oed ym Mhrifddinas-Ranbarth Caerdydd. Ei nod yw cefnogi pobl ifanc, yn enwedig y rhai sydd angen cymorth ychwanegol i gyflawni eu potensial a’u siwrne o sefydlu menter. Gellir ad-dalu unrhyw gostau teithio, a darperir lluniaeth. Os oes gennych unrhyw anghenion eraill, rhowch wybod i ni wrth gofrestru. Cesglir gwybodaeth fonitro fel rhan o’r cwrs.
Beth yw menter gymdeithasol? Mae mentrau cymdeithasol yn masnachu i greu newid cadarnhaol. Mae gan lawer o fentrau cymdeithasol strwythurau cyfreithiol gwahanol i fusnes traddodiadol, ac maen nhw’n ailfuddsoddi eu helw yn eu hamcanion cymdeithasol.
Mae llefydd yn brin, felly os na allwch ddod, rhowch wybod i ni cyn gynted â phosibl fel y gallwn gynnig eich lle i rywun arall.
