We will be gathering on Sunday, with arrivals from 10:30 AM. The guided journey starts at 11:00 AM, concluding at 1-1:30 PM.
The contribution is R450 per attendee, which includes:
• A 2-hour guided ceremonial journey
• Breathwork meditation
• Ice bath immersion
• Tea and seasonal fruit for hydration and nourishment
Kindly bring a modest swim costume, towel, and water bottle.
Please note: this is a mixed-gender circle and it is strictly sober space.
