It's time for our monthly social run! We'll meet up at the Springwater Conservation Area in Aylmer (enter at 47719 Conservation Line, Aylmer).We'll run the Howling Ghost course (8 kilometres). All paces, all runners, are always welcome. Nobody gets left behind.
Our friends from London Ontario Trail Running will be joining us for the run.
Afterwards, for any who are interested, we'll head to Railway City Brewing in St. Thomas for social time/drinks/lunch.
Please note, there is a $10 day use fee to enter the conservation area by vehicle. Cash is the best, as the debit machine is not always reliable.
We'll post more specific details about the starting location in the discussion as we get closer to the run.
