Meet Fresh Choice gravel car park at 7am.
Shuttle over to Flora Saddle (1 hour 38 minute drive) and ride back to Upper Takaka via Barron Flat (40km). This is a Grade 4 Back country ride (see GBMTBC website for more info) which will take 4-6 hours depending on stops. Please note, if there has been heavy rain the night before the ride, the ride will be postponed due to being unable to cross the Grecian River.
Brian Sowman has volunteered to drive and each rider please bring $15 koha to cover petrol costs.
