About this Event
Join us to explore the best of Tower Hamlets by bike.
Ride will be planned and guided by our experienced ride leaders to avoid busy roads allowing you to discover the boroughs many safe cycle routes.
All our rides will involve a stop location where there will be time to have a drink and a chat.
To join these rides all cyclist must be able to cycle with enough confidence to stop and control their bike. These rides are not suitable for complete beginners.

Ride Length
The rides are scheduled for 2hrs and will involve roughly 1hrs cycle time 30 mins cycle time in each direction with a stop for a rest half way.

COVID 19 update
Due to COVID-19, certain limitations are in place and we cannot accept participants on the day. Please do not turn up on the day unless you manage to book a place.
General measures we are undertaking, include:
• We ask that anyone feeling ill or showing signs of any symptoms does not attend the session and follow NHS guidance
• Hand sanitisers, gloves and face masks will be provided for participants to use.
• All participants will be required to maintain social distancing.
What do I need to bring?
• Appropriate clothing for the weather.
• A drink and snack.

How much does the event cost?
Nothing! It's free!
What about the weather?
Due to the unpredictable weather make sure you keep your phone handy with you on the morning, if we have to cancel the session we will let you know via the number or email address you give us. Please make sure you all wear suitable clothes for the weather. This goes for the adults too!
What if the event is cancelled?
We will always try and let you know with as much notice as possible. We will get in touch via the contact information you booked with, usually your mobile. Please ensure this is correct.
