Experience the magic of Breathwork + Ice baths.
Come together, learn ancient breathwork techniques and push your limits in our new community Breath & Ice Club.
Ease your sore or aching muscles and reduce inflammation that arises from day to day stress and working out.
In lieu of charging a fee, we ask for members to make a donation, which we will pass on to the incredible Fletcher Street Cottage, a safe and respectful place for people experiencing homelessness. Fletcher Street does amazing work in our Byron community and we’re thrilled to be able to contribute to their efforts.

What do I need to bring?
Bring a towel, swimmers and a water bottle.It is also essential that you fill out the health questionnaire and sign up form before attending - either bring a printed copy on the day, send a copy to [email protected] OR head to reception to fill out on arrival.
How do we pay/donate? Is that cash or do you pay at reception on arrival?
SR Ice Club is a community donation-based event with all proceeds going to Fletcher Street Cottage. The minimum donation is $15 and this is paid in advance when you sign up via Eventbrite.
What's the agenda like?
The event runs for between 60-90 minutes and looks a little something like this…
- 8.30am - Welcome + an explanation of the breathwork practices and science behind cold exposure
- 8.45am - Breathwork Experience
- 9.15am - Ice Bath Experience
- 9.30am onwards - Community Gathering
How long does it go for?
SR Ice Club runs from 8.30am - 10am (the first group will be out of the icebaths around 9.20-9.30am if you need to leave earlier)
What's the social situation like?
Vibes are HIGH after the breath + ice experience!! Join the community afterwards for coffee and chats in the sunshine.
