Meet in the car park by lonely tree cafe, bring boards, wetsuit. swim suit etc, casual easy paddle-board followed by a dip for those of you that would like to, bring a picnic and hot drink for after or there is a cafe near by to purchase food and drink too Please be aware that i am not an instructor and this is for people to join with their own boards under their own risk and for those of you that have had previous experience on the water
