About this Event
The aim of this part-time course is to facilitate learners to develop skills in a range of digital tools and applications within a business environment to create and enhance the digital footprint of their business.
Learners will create, develop and enhance the digital presence of their business through the use of social media. Learning outcomes include; understanding the social media environment, using social media tools to communicate with customers, enhance digital sales and marketing strategies. Understanding the capabilities of social media marketing and its ability to boost brand awareness will keep business up to speed with digitalisation.
Social Media Marketing is a fast, efficient and cost effective way for a business to communicate with customers, allowing businesses to:
- Understand the social media environment
- Use social media tools to communicate with customers
- Boost awareness of business products or services
- Enable targeted campaigns that generate engagement awareness
- Enhance digital sales and marketing strategies
This training programme is being offered through Skills to Advance funding and is aimed at those in full or part-time employment. The course is accredited by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) and leads to a level 5 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).
